PRO INDIVIDUAL DIVISION:
1. Strength - There is a 30 minute time cap for this event.

60/50lb Sandbag Carry (Indoor OCR Lap)*
10 Atlas (100/70lbs) over the shoulders

Herc Hoist (60/120lbs)
2. Running/Speed - 400 Burp -
Start a 3 minute timer, run 400m, do burpees until the 3 minutes runs out.
Repeat for 8 rounds. Accumulated number of burpees is your score.
3. Obstacles - Obstacle Rig 80ft + long… for time and/or distance.
4. Obstacle Course Race - There is a 30 minute time cap for this event.
*Indoor OCR Lap - This is a laid out course inside our building that is about 200m and includes a set of stairs.
