The Grit Games Virtual Competition* is designed to a taste of the Grit Games that ANYONE from ANYWHERE can participate in. Like The Grit Games, the Virtual has 5 events, but instead of all in one day, they are spaced out over 4 weeks. See below to learn more about Pro vs Open Divisions, event formats, end more.

The 5 Events

1. STRENGTH - “So Over This”
Max reps of Over The Shoulders in 5 minutes.

2. SPEED - “Your Everyday 5k”
5k ruck/run on a 400m track.

3. Obstacle - “Hang Time”
Max dead hang.

4. OCR - “Psych”
For Time
800m run
80 - Wall Balls
60 - Burpee Box Overs
40 - Hanging Foot Taps
20 - Weighted Walking Lunges
800m run

5. ENDURANCE - “Party Mile”
One mile farmers carry for time.
*10 burpees every time weights drop.
Open and Pro division workouts are similar - the biggest difference is the open division will use lighter weights.
